i-PjH is the most comprehensive Residential Management System, developed with Key Collection and Defect Report modules to ease the residents in their daily activities. RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM i-PjH provides a centralised platform for effective communication between Residents and Managements with features such as: Key Collection - for residents to perform appointment booking in terms of Key Collection. Residents are allowed to book a slot, without having to go to the Management Office and submitting a form. Once the Management has responded to the appointment, residents will likewise receive an alert regarding the status updates. Defect Report - provides a platform for residents to lodge a report regarding an incident or defect occurring within the neighbourhood, without having to go to the Management Office.
