A virtual visit is a perfect option if you are dealing with flu or cold symptoms, headache, diarrhea, acid reflux, seasonal allergies, sinus infection, or any other minor illness. Members on a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), catastrophic plan or Medicare Supplement are not eligible for the free urgent care virtual visits.
