This is a work product meant to be used in conjunction with Squad 9 LLC’s training. When you click on the app, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on the Targeted Violence Prevention Guide button to get access to the tool. Then merely follow the guidance given during the training and check the appropriate blocks that apply to the presentation. At the end of the guide there is a place for you to jot down some notes. Once you are finished with your assessment, tap on the submit button and you can email a PDF version of the guide to yourself or your team coordinator. This guide is not meant to be a substitute for the professional judgement of a threat assessor.
