CRM customer management: For accessing to the customers, inserting of contacts and CRM activities. Job costing /Reimbursement management: For track/insert project costs, travel expenses and other expenses. Checklist / ToDo: For createing of own ToDo's, project ToDo's and team ToDo's and mark them as done. Calendar: For manageing and recording of your private and project-related appointments. Tickets / bug tracking: For createing of trouble tickets, buglists, or working on it ans assigning of them to another person for billing or quality management.
