IntroDUCKtion to Big Feelings is an engaging and empowering app for very young children and their parents/caregivers to experience together. Through story, in video and interactive formats, children learn about their feelings and what adults can do to help them when their feelings get too big to handle alone. The approach offered in this app provides a way for adults to respond to child behaviors that are often called “tantrums.” The app includes a separate guide for adults.
