It aims to engage and empower citizens of Bhutan to meaningfully engage in participatory local governance. After installation, users will be prompted to select any of the preferred languages. Similarly, the languages can be switched timely as per users’ preference. -All the chapters and contents of the Local Government Acts of Bhutan can be accessed alternatively through the audio format. The audio format provides voice narration of all contents.
