What’s more we use oak wood to fire up the oven and that gives the pizza special smoky fragrance to the pizzas. We make our dough from scratch, fresh on site everyday using the best flour imported from Napoli Italy and using fior de latte cheese, our tomato sauce is freshly made using fresh plum tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, fresh herbs and seasoning.
