CONTENT INTRODUCTION After finishing book 1 ,which covers 173 words and 93 sentence patterns , students should be ready to pass Level 1 of the HSK. Upon completion of Book 2, the students will have acquired a total vocabulary of 430 words and 216 sentence patterns ,which should enable them to pass HSK Level 2. By the end of Book 3 ,the students will have mastered a total of 804 words and 339 sentence patterns , preparing them to pass HSK Level 3.
