This application is intended for coaches or athletes to improve the quality of agility in sports. The ability to change direction or often called agility is an important part of several sports, therefore coaches and athletes must perform agility training with various forms of training. This application is here to make it easier to carry out forms of agility training. There are 16 different forms of agility training which are divided into two menus, namely part 1 and part 2. Users only see the form of exercise that is presented in a video that is equipped with voice explanations.
