Gallwch ddefnyddio’r Ap yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg i archebu eich meddyginiaethau rheolaidd, trefnu apwyntiadau yn eich practis meddyg teulu a gweld eich cofnod iechyd. Noder: Noder bod y gallu i drefnu apwyntiadau ac archebu meddyginiaethau trwy Ap GIG Cymru yn dibynnu ar eich practis meddyg teulu yn sicrhau bod y swyddogaeth hon ar gael. The NHS Wales App will allow people living in Wales to access health, care and wellbeing services, proactively managing every aspect of their health safely and securely. You can use the App in Welsh and English to order your repeat medicines, book appointments at your GP practice and view your health record. Note: Please note that the ability to book appointments and order medicines via the NHS Wales App depends on this functionality being made available by your GP practice.
