Get going in four steps: Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER • Choose the subscription that’s right for you • Become a Mobility customer in just a few steps • Download the Mobility app Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows: • Enter the Mobility station • Enter the desired duration • Select the vehicle category, reserve Step 3: DRIVE OFF • Go to your reserved vehicle. • Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey. • Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card. • Off you go! Step 4: DROP OFF • Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time. If the fuel level is under 1/3, refuel the vehicle before returning it. • Lock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card. • Please observe our fair-play rules.
