When riding the bus or to the train staff, simply show the app with the control view of your current ticket and the QR code. Visit our website www.vgc-online.de and select the appropriate online ordering portal depending on your category (pupils, adults, trainees, students, others). 2. Follow the instructions in the ordering process. 3. Select the mobile ticket as an option for your ticket. 4. Issue your SEPA direct debit mandate and complete your order. 5. You will then receive your access data for the VGC Ticket app by email. After you log in to the app for the first time, your tickets will automatically be loaded into the app every month.
