Ekapeli Alku harjoittaa kirjainten, tavujen ja sanojen lukemista. Peli soveltuu esikouluikäisille tai vanhemmille oppilaille. Jännittävissä kentissä sukelletaan meren alle, roikutaan korkeuksista ilmapalloilla, seurataan sammakon touhuja, etsitään timanttia, katsellaan tähtiä, ja samalla opitaan lukutaidon alkeita. Pelikentistä saa palkinnoksi kolikoita, joilla voi ostaa pelihahmolleen tavaroita tai peliä helpottavia kortteja.
