River Medical provides emergency and non-emergency transport to critically ill and injured patients in western Arizona, which spans 9,008 square miles. River Medical serves the communities of Kingman, Golden Valley, Parker, Quartzsite and Lake Havasu. Founded in 1983, River Medical employs approximately 110 paramedics and EMTs and handles an average of 24,000 calls annually.
