Duration in Freezer: The color on the freezer label shows the duration of items in the freezer: – Green: items are within 1-6 months duration in the freezer. – Yellow: contains items with 6-12 months duration in the freezer. – Red: contains items with 12+ months duration in the freezer. At the proper temperature, food items can last indefinitely, however, it does not mean that they will look or taste good. The colors are a recommendation for the best food quality.
