New York Infection Control CE offers the mandatory New York infection control training required for New York professionals. The course, Foundations of Infection Control, is designed to meet the infection control training requirement mandated by Chapter 786. This course includes the seven infection control course elements required by New York State in order to familiarize healthcare professionals on the basic infection control principles including barrier precautions and infection control measures. The course is available to Dentists, Registered Nurses, Podiatrists, Optometrists, Licensed Practical Nurses and Dental Hygienists. This continuing education activity was approved by the New York State Education Department. Provider ID # IC 203 expires 9/30/2025. We electronically report completions to NYSED on a daily basis as long as you fill out the reporting information within each course.
