Take a Side! Create your free Sided account today to vote and debate the most important topics from sports, gaming, and entertainment, to politics and local news. Each debate is a competition with a winner declared at the end of the debate. Earn points for participating and crafting the best arguments for your side. Create a Debate * Start a debate on any topic and add up to six (6) sides for Sided users to vote on * Add a background to your debate to help people understand more about the topic * Add citations to your debate to reference relevant and reputable sources * After voting, users can defend their side, and each argument will show up under the side they voted for. Vote and Defend your Side * Choose a debate and vote for the side you think is right. * After you vote, “defend your side” by leaving an argument for that side. Add citations if you need to reference a 3rd party resource. * Other users can then vote for your argument by “liking” it, or discuss your argument by tapping on it and leaving a comment. * The most “liked” argument on the winning side wins the debate! Climb the Leaderboard * Earn points every time you create a debate, vote, and post an argument defending your side. * After each debate ends, more points are awarded to everyone who participated.
