This 1-stop (CUHKMC Patient App) facilitates easy management of patient’s own health in a convenient and efficient way. Patient/registered next-of-kin(s) authorised by patient can access patient data via registered mobile phone(s). Functions, features and services (together, Services) provided through the (CUHKMC Patient App) include checking and managing appointments for clinical services, setting drug administration schedule and record keeping in one’s own hands.
