By reporting your rent payments to the credit bureaus you can improve your credit
history. This improves your credit score and makes you a better candidate when
applying for a loan or credit card. It lowers your insurance rate and removes the stress
of credit checks.
You can track your credit score on the app and see how it changes each month. Your
credit report is available for no additional fee. There is also a list of all your confirmed
rent payments which you can share with new landlords in the future. Your payments are
reported to Experian and TransUnion. We expect to add Equifax during 2026.
Unlike some of the other apps on the market, we don’t need your landlord to verify your
rent payment every month. You show us your payment with your credit card or bank
statement. That’s it. The only time your landlord is involved is when you sign up and we
confirm your lease information. There is never a fee to your landlord.

The Credit Merlin app assists you with helping Credit Merlin repair your credit score. This application helps by walking you through to getting and viewing your credit report, submitting documents from your mobile phone and communicating with your credit repair specialist that is working on your account.
This app is super helpful for when you are working through this complicated process by simplifying the items that need to happen with a step-by-step process.
We ask your creditors to verify any negative items they have reported and to remove them if they can't provide adequate proof and documentation. This can be incredibly helpful when they can't provide the evidence and remove the negative report from your credit report.
We then continue to work on rogue inquiries and other things that can negatively impact your credit.
