To use the app, you'll need an Apple Watch or any other fitness tracker that syncs its Workout, Heart Rate, and VO2Max records with Apple Health. The app was designed with two primary scenarios in mind: 1. For those aiming to become more active overall, the app allows you to track all heart zones (Zone 2+), set personal goals for each day or week, and ensure you engage in enough intense exercises within the specified timeframe, promoting a holistic and balanced approach to fitness. 2. Zone 2 training, also known as low heart rate training, where you deliberately stay within Zone 2 without going below or above for a certain percentage of your training time, mirroring the approach adopted by professional athletes.
