You will get a behind-the-scenes look into the process from the Koji room to the fermentation tanks. Download the self guided waking tour of the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery. You will hear from the Chairman and CEO, Hiroshi and Kazuhiro Sakurai, as well as the our head brewer. You will learn about each step of the sake making process as you get a look into each room at the brewery.
