HOW IT WORKS
Find Serial: Locate the label on the side of your radio casing (e.g., VWZ1Z7F1234567).
Enter: Type the 14-digit serial into the app.
Unlock: Receive your code and activate your audio.
HOW TO FIND YOUR SERIAL NUMBER
The serial is NOT the VIN number. You must remove the radio to see the label:
Remove the trim panel around the radio gently.
Unscrew the 4 mounting screws.
Pull the radio out to find the sticker or engraving.
Look for a 14-character code starting with VWZ (VW), AUZ (Audi), SKZ (Skoda), or SEZ (Seat).
TROUBLESHOOTING (SAFE MODE)
If your screen shows "SAFE" or "SAFE 2", the unit is locked due to wrong entries. Keep the radio turned ON for 60 minutes continuously to reset it.
