EZ Inspections mobile app is designed for housekeepers, maintenance contractors, inspectors and other field staff to easily receive and complete field work.
The EZ Inspections app lets you route your stops, view order information, instructions and property photos, and complete checklists with photos and videos. The app also allows field staff to report urgent issues in the middle of cleaning or inspection, send estimated completion time to the office, pause and resume work, scan inventory items, collect signature from residents, upload invoice or timesheet, and communicate with your team via in-app messaging.
The app does not require network connection while working in the field. Orders and results are synced with the cloud when network is present. To use the EZ app, you should create a cloud account first, or are given an account by your admin or client.
