Dishman Performance vs EAS Portal Usage & Stats
Dishman Performance strengthens the mental approach of athletes young and old. The app allows Dishman Performance to work with athletes while also being a resource for parents and coaches. Topics are delivered weekly that develop the mind, body, and skills. Information is delivered in written and video form along with downloadable PDF's. There is an Ask Coach Dishman section for users to ask situational-specific questions or questions about the content. The app is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels with many of the techniques translatable to school and life.
Coach Dishman played collegiately at Duke University, professionally in the Atlanta Braves Organization, and has coached or played for over thirty-five years. Coach Dishman has a Masters in Sports Psychology.

The EAS app houses various learning modules that focus on the areas of mental health, mental performance, sport performance, concussion recovery and general wellness. These key points are delivered by the most renowned subject matter experts in the industry using peer reviewed and clinically validated advice and guidance.
Individuals using the app will have access to videos, content, graphics, interviews and expert advice in all areas pertaining to health, wellness and performance. They will be guided through expertly developed modules on each topic and be granted certification when each module is completed, with the ability to be entered to win prizes for completion.
On going access to each module is granted so that athletes, parents and coaches can review information when a situation arises that they may need to address at a later date.
