Catholic Health vs MyNorthwell Usage & Stats

If you’re a patient at any of our hospitals or doctors’ offices on Long Island, you can use the Catholic Health app to manage your health from anywhere. Log into the app with your Catholic Health MyChart username and password to: -Find a doctor. -Schedule and manage appointments. -Check in to your appointment virtually. -Request a prescription refill. -Communicate with your care team. -Review your test results, notes from your care team, medications, immunization history, and other health information. -View and pay your medical bills. -Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs. If you don’t yet have a Catholic Health MyChart account, visit mychart.chsli.org to sign up for an account, or call 631-465-6100 to get an activation code. Long Live Long Island.
