The data you collect can then be easily turned into reports by your system administrator through the HMIS Go Admin Control Panel. Services can be recorded in 5 different ways: 1. Toggle (e.g. recording that you administered a VI-SPDAT) 2. Counter (e.g. recording that you gave out 5 bus passes) 3. Textbox (e.g. recording the details of a crisis mediation) 4. Locations (e.g. recording where you transported a client to) 5. Custom List – your system administrator can set up a custom list of options associated with a specific service
