The App is carefully constructed to optimise understanding of these complex procedures and the work is presented in 3 different ways for the user to increase his/her understanding: • As still diagrams (Pre-operative illustrations) • With state-of-the-art 3D animated illustrations starting with the excision of the lesions and proceeding with the incisions made, the transferring of the tissues and the final outcome • With text to explain the procedure Surgical Flaps is designed for medical students, trainee plastic surgeons, dermatological surgeons and surgeons of all specialities interested in flap surgery.
