Municipal Committee staff can respond to complaints registered by citizens. Balida Shikiyaat is an iOS application developed by CyberVision in collaboration with PMDFC and MCs for the MC staff & citizens. Where citizens can lodge complaints and request RTI and Municipal Committee staff can respond to complaints registered by citizens. It consists of the following features • Complaint Registration and tracking. • Citizens can check the status of the complaints • Citizens can communicate with administrative body to reduce the distance and time barrier between citizens and administration. • Citizens can create suggestions/petitions for improvement of city administration. • Citizens will be able to provide his/her feedback • Periodic updates on complaint progress for citizens through SMS and Email. • Easily Accessible and Well-publicized. • Simple to understand and use. • Speedy, with established time limits for actions and keeping relevant officials and citizens informed on the progress. • Maintaining the confidentiality of important data. • Informative, highlight key information to improve service delivery • Maintaining a log of actions taken on each case.
