ZUDDHARMA YOGA WEEKLY CLASS is a two hour recorded live-streamed Zuddharma Yoga class every Wednesday evening. This is available as weekly payment or as a monthly subscription. THE GONG SONG JOURNEY is an online Gong Balm meditation and relaxation live-streamed on a Sunday evening as and when advertised. Many other offerings are manifesting as the seasons change & the need for certain practices arise relevant to the times.
