Let’s not forget it has to be somewhere that will accept walk-ins, the food tastes great, you like the ambience, and all the other requirements that need to be checked off your list that you or someone in your party may have. It’s probably not going to happen. That being said, having a reservation before you arrive somewhere certainly alleviates the stress associated with trying to find where you and your party should eat in a new city.
