Blue VirtuConnectSM is a new plan exclusively designed with cost savings and convenience in mind for members who use the service for primary care virtual visits with a licensed medical provider. It’s primary care at your fingertips! Appointments can be made Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Members can message health care providers 24/7 with any issues or concerns.
Who Can Use Blue VirtuConnect
Blue VirtuConnect is an exclusive plan from BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina that’s open to residents of Aiken, Anderson, Spartanburg and York counties. By being a Blue VirtuConnect member and downloading the app, you’ll be able to schedule an appointment with a licensed medical provider. The doctor you meet with virtually can provide routine care (like annual checkups), treat urgent health issues, refer you to another provider or specialist, prescribe medications, and schedule labs or imaging.
