Biorower vs RP3 Rowing Lite Usage & Stats
The BIOROWER application is the companion app of the BIOROWER smart rowing simulators. It's compatible with all BIOROWER models having 3rd generation, or newer sensors.
The ROWER view displays per stroke values of power and angle for each hand separately. The BALANCE and SIGNALS views show real time force by angle and force by time curves, enabling you to analyse your rowing technique.
The STROKES view charts up to 3 per stroke parameters. These parameters are customizable. There are many parameters available to display: power, angle, stroke rate, heart rate, pace, etc.

RP3 Rowing is designed to connect to your RP3-S or RP3-T ergometer through Bluetooth.
