Aesmedix is an electronic dossier for the management of aesthetic patients. It is developed for plastic surgeons, dermatologists and, aesthetic physicians. You can easily add patients, referrers, products, and consults. With each consult, you can use an Apple Pencil (or your finger) to indicate exactly how you treated the patient. This for multiple parts of the body like a face, head, thighs, neck, etc. You can also add pictures taken before and after the treatment. Let patients digitally sign one ore more Informed Consents or other documents. These documents are kept in the dossier. You can just import your own documents in PDF format. It is also possible to generate PDF reports from patients, consults, referrers, products, and turnover. This simplifies administration efforts considerably. All data is securely stored in iCloud. If something happens to your iPad/iPhone, your data is quickly restored. You can read in name, birthdate, address, and picture from Belgian electronic identity cards with an optional eID card reader. Please make sure you have an iCloud subscription with enough storage. Always make sure you have a strong iCloud password. ----- Aesmedix offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Without a subscription, you can add up to 30 consults to evaluate all functionality. If you continue to use Aesmedix, you must subscribe. There are 2 types of subscriptions, Full and Limited.  Limited is for physicians who don't treat that many aesthetical patients. In a limited subscription, you can add max 15 consults per month (calculated over the last 30 days).
