You can either use the app as a basic breath timer, or connect an ECG-based heart rate monitor (like the Polar H10) via Bluetooth for full biofeedback and analytics. All data processing happens on your device, so your data is completely secure.
Yudemon's adjustable visuals and soundscapes offer infinite variations, making every breathing session feel fresh and engaging. By default, the app’s appearance automatically changes on a daily basis. Or, with Yudemon Pro, you can take full control and customize everything manually.

Heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback training and resonance breathing are based on the fact that our breathing has a direct impact on the rest of our physiology.
