To use the RKCU mobile app, you must be registered for MemberDirect® Online Banking. Simply sign in to the RKCU mobile app exactly as you would sign in to MemberDirect® Online Banking. If you are not yet enrolled for MemberDirect® Online Banking, call RKCU at (306)476-2244 or come visit us in person.
PLEASE NOTE: Use of the RKCU Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions found in the Electronic Services Agreement. While the RKCU Mobile App employs strict security measures, in order the achieve maximum protection, you are also encouraged to receive your security obligations as outlined in the abovementioned account agreement.

Permissions
The Northern Birch Credit Union Mobile App will ask for your permission to use the following on your device:
• Take pictures and video- The app will need to use your camera for Deposit Anywhere for you to deposit cheques.
• Approximate & Precise location – The app uses your phone’s GPS to help you find the nearest Branch or ATM.
• Full network access – The app needs to connect to the internet to allow you to do your mobile banking.
• Contacts – Allows you to create new Interac e-Tranfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.
Use of the mobile app is subject to the terms and conditions found in our Northern Birch Credit Union Direct Services Agreement.
