Four digital therapeutic apps guide teens to learn and practice the same therapies used by therapists, including DBT, CBT), ACT, and Motivational Interview. A 20-minute “quick screener” helps identify any red flags of a more serious mental health condition. 4Teens gives teens the power to take charge of their mental health support, 24/7.
