Achieve your goals and build lasting habits with Tain, the complete goal and habit tracking app that helps you turn intentions into results. Whether you want to lose weight, study for an exam, learn a language, improve your career, or simply stay motivated every day, Tain provides the structure and tools you need.
Many people set goals or New Year’s resolutions such as “This year I will get fit,” “I will pass my certification,” or “I will learn a new language.” But most of these goals fade away. Life gets busy, motivation disappears, and progress stalls. Tain was created to solve this problem. By combining proven productivity methods with simple daily tracking, the app makes it easier to stay consistent and see real results.
Tain uses the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method, a goal-setting framework used by successful companies like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. OKRs work by turning big objectives into clear key results and measurable steps. With Tain, you can apply this powerful method to your personal life, studies, fitness journey, or professional career.
Features:
• Goal management: Set multiple goals with deadlines and measurable indicators.
• Habit and To-Do tracking: Create habits and routines with flexible frequency options such as daily, weekly, or specific dates.
• Daily task planner: See what to do today at a glance, generated from your habits and goals.
• Progress tracking: Review your completion ratio and progress in a calendar or list view.
• Reminders: Get notifications for upcoming tasks or unfinished items.
• Custom themes: Personalize the app with wallpapers and color schemes.
Tain is more than a simple habit tracker. It is a complete daily planner and productivity tool that combines task management, reminders, and goal tracking in one place. Instead of writing vague notes, you will create clear objectives, define measurable results, and build habits that bring you closer to success.
Who is Tain for?
• People who want to exercise regularly and lose weight.
• Students preparing for exams or certifications.
• Language learners who want to study consistently.
• Professionals aiming for promotions, career changes, or higher salaries.
• Entrepreneurs building their own businesses.
• Parents who want to support their children’s goals.
• People who want to quit smoking, improve health, or build positive routines.
• Salespeople working to achieve performance targets.
• Anyone with a dream they want to make real.
How it works:
Set your goal and deadline. Add notes to remind yourself why it matters.
Plan habits and To-Do tasks to achieve your goal. Choose the frequency that fits your lifestyle.
Define measurable indicators, such as study hours, weight goals, or savings targets.
Open the app daily to see your tasks. For example, if you set “Run every Tuesday and Thursday,” those tasks will appear automatically.
Use reminders to stay accountable and receive alerts if tasks are unfinished.
Review your progress regularly in the calendar or progress list, then adjust your pace as needed.
Why OKRs work: Unlike vague promises, OKRs require clarity. You set an objective, define key results, and then measure success. This creates accountability and motivation. Tain makes it easy to use OKRs for personal growth, career development, study plans, or fitness challenges.
Why choose Tain? Because it turns ambition into action. With a clear plan, measurable steps, and daily accountability, you can finally achieve the goals you once abandoned. Instead of hoping for change, you will see progress every day.
Life is short and you only live once. Don’t let another year pass with unfulfilled resolutions. Tain helps you live without regrets by supporting your journey toward a healthier, smarter, and more successful version of yourself.
Download Tain today and start building the habits and goals that will shape your future.
