Fire Rescue Fitness vs IPSDI Exposure Tracker Usage & Stats

Fire Rescue Fitness (FRF) is a health, fitness, and workout platform for first responders (firefighters, EMTs, and medics). Users of the app are educated and empowered to improve performance, reduce injuries, and prolong their careers. FRF employs firefighters and first responders that are also certified strength and conditioning specialists and fitness coaches with years of experience in both fields. Our goal with GETFRF is to provide first responders with the most usable and functional fitness and health programming possible. That is why we have created the GETFRF app. This app allows users to log FRF workouts, view and follow all of the FRF eating guides, recipes, and exercises. The GETFRF app also gives users the ability to track their progress and directly communicate with the owner (ZAM) and other first responder athletes all over the world. If you are a firefighter, EMT, medic, and/or any type of a first responder that wants to lose weight, gain strength, and improve your performance on (and off) the fire/ rescue scene then this app is for you! It is time to GET FRF (Fire Rescue Fit). If you enjoy the GETFRF app experience, please take a second to leave a nice review because it helps us improve and encourages others to join us in changing their fitness culture. Thank you! Welcome to the new IPSDI Exposure Tracker. Developed by the International Public Safety Data Institute (IPSDI), a leading research and training organization dedicated to advancing public safety through data science, this app provides firefighters with powerful tools to track their individual exposures and keep a record of them should they ever need it. Exposure Tracker delivers a simplified, modern experience, focusing on the exposure itself. Not every incident results in an exposure, and exposures don’t just occur during emergency calls. If you were an NFORS Career Diary user, thank you for being an early adopter. If you are new to exposure tracking, thank you for taking the step to pre-plan for yourself, and document your exposures.
