Check-in with Tootoot Mobile Scanning Application - Scan At The Gate. Check-in your attendees quickly with your smartphone or tablet. Scan ticket QR codes or check in by ticket ID number. To scan tickets sold via Tootoot, download Scan At The Gate. Log in to the app using your Tootoot username and password. Once logged in successfully, you'll be taken to a list of all live events you have with Tootoot. When you are ready to check in your attendees at your event, select the event and start scanning. The scanner uses the device's camera to detect the QR code on the ticket. To scan, simply hold the device over the QR code so that the QR code is fully visible in the viewfinder. Once scanned, the app will provide 3 possible feedbacks: Ticket OK, Already In or Ticket Invalid. You can have multiple devices scanning or checking in tickets at the same time.
