And if you can’t choose what to have, roll the Welle Club dice and let our random recipe generator choose for you! We also have set meal plans available for you to select if you’re lacking inspiration, and we are constantly adding new meal plans for you to try!
When you set up your profile, you can choose to calculate your personal macro goals which will keep a running tally of your daily net carb and calorie targets, a great way to stay on track! If macros aren’t your thing, you can leave these hidden.

Welle Club offers group challenges and individual challenges! New group challenges are available throughout the year to help you connect with others looking to kickstart their goals. If a group challenge date doesn’t suit you, then we help you create your own fun challenge!
Welle Club allows you to easily generate your own digital shopping lists from either individual recipes or your meal plan. You can also add other items onto the shopping list (like paper towels, or whatever you need), so that it’s all easily accessible for you! Ingredients are organised into the relevant supermarket sections so you can shop efficiently. Check items off as you go, and remove ones you already have at home. Simple!

THE BACK TO BASICS STORY
Hey! I’m Lyndi Cohen – Australian dietician and nutritionist.
I really used to struggle with food and my weight. I was either 'trying to be good' or eating peanut butter straight from the jar! I'd promise to do better but I was all-or-nothing.
Eventually, I decided to ditch diets for a totally new approach to food. I lost 20kg but that turned out to be just an added bonus because now my life isn't controlled by food.
Now, I help others get healthy and this in turn became Back to Basics – an app developed together with experts across women’s health, fitness, pregnancy and mindfulness, sharing what worked for me backed by science and industry research.
