Vaccinationskort Här samlar du alla dina vaccinationer på ett ställe. Om du tidigare vaccinerat dig hos Svea Vaccin kan du se när du tagit ett visst vaccin och få en notis när det är dags för nästa dos. För dig som vaccinerats enligt det svenska barnvaccinationsprogrammet syns även vilka vaccin du borde fått som barn och om något av dessa behöver uppdateras. För att ditt vaccinationskort ska bli komplett kan du såklart också själv lägga till vaccindoser, gamla som nya! Familjekonto Det är inte alltid lätt att hålla koll på vem i familjen som fått vilka vaccin eller när de behöver uppdateras. Med familjekontot kan du lägg till dina barn och skapa vaccinationskort även för dem! Notiser Genom att aktivera notiser kan du få påminnelser i appen när det är dags att vaccinera sig igen.

Hälsa Hemma (Swedish for health at home) is a smart health care centre with short waiting times. What is a smart health care centre? 1. Fast digital contact Text messages and video calls - we are always available in your pocket. 2. Waiting at home when you are sick On the worst day of the year, you don't want to get on the bus and go to the health care centre. We visit you at home for examinations and tests. 3. Meet the same doctor and nurse every time. No more repeating of your medical history at every visit. Hälsa Hemma is a smart health care centre with home visits offered in the Malmö/Lund, Stockholm and Gothenburg areas. Our operations are run on behalf of each region and are part of the public healthcare system in Sweden. Normal patient fees and "frikort" applies. You start by opening a case in the Hälsa Hemma app, where we help you with all your medical needs - such as prescriptions, referrals or sick leave. When we need to meet in person for an examination or test, your doctor and nurse will come to your home. What does it cost? Children and elderly: Free of charge Home visit or video meeting: Max. 275 SEK (depending on your region) Text conversations in the app are free Normal patient fees and “frikort” applies of course.
