Kabootle tracks the following data elements: Item Name, Brand, Model, Purchase Date, Purchased From, Purchased Amount, Current Value, Location, Category, Collection, Container, Serial Number, Condition, Summary Description. as well as Notes and Photos! PHOTO GALLERY AND NOTES Kabootle allows you to save an unlimited number of photos and notes per inventory item. Photos can be taken using your phone as well as imported from your phone's Photo Library. Each inventory item has its own "photo gallery”. Notes are assigned a 'Note Type' such as Note, Insurance, Warranty, and Receipt, and can be filtered by these types. BAR CODE TRACKING WITH CUSTOM QR CODES Create Kabootle "Containers" for boxes, totes, and storage items. Print and affix a Kabootle generated unique QR barcode to each of your containers. Now, you can use your phone to simply scan the QR code and Kabootle shows you what's in the container! You can also lookup an item’s container Id to see where it’s stored. DICTIONARIES AND FILTERS Kabootle comes with several dictionaries that are used as filters. Using these filters to narrow down your item selection making it easy to manage your inventory. Subscribing removes the 10 item limit. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on the chosen subscription) unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Subscriptions can be managed in your Account Settings after purchase.
