What we provide
Medication Management: A licensed provider will perform a via video call assessment and prescribe Buprenorphine - Naloxone, if appropriate and help taper it down over time.
Counseling: Patients often have co-occurring depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. Our mental health providers have 1-1 video calls with patients to support their behavioral health needs.
Support Groups: Our free Support Groups offer a platform for patients to share their journeys with others, support others, and reflect on ways to achieve emotional growth.
Care Coordination: Through constant communication, our health coaches help patients navigate treatment and life changes as a partner, mentor, and support system.

CONDITIONS WE TREAT:
We specialize in opioid addiction treatment, including opioid use disorder (OUD), withdrawal management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Our services also support recovery from heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, and other opioid dependencies.
We also treat obesity and related metabolic conditions like insulin resistance with personalized plans and FDA-approved medications such as semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound).
Other conditions we treat include acne, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, cold & flu, constipation, diarrhea, ear infections, erectile dysfunction (ED), fevers, migraines, pink eye, rashes, sinusitis, sore throat, UTIs, and much more.

Suboxone (buprenorphine), PrEP (Truvada), Synthroid (levothyroxine), Crestor (rosuvastatin), Ventolin (albuterol), Viagra (sildenafil), Zofran (ondansetron), Prilosec (omeprazole), Neurontin (gabapentin), prednisone, Zoloft (sertraline), various antibiotics (e.g., amoxicillin), and more.
*Note: Our doctors cannot prescribe high-risk prescription drugs via telemedicine (e.g., controlled substances, with the exception of Suboxone for MAT) and can only prescribe medications when it is safe to do so. If we cannot assist you, you are eligible for a refund (applicable only if no prescription or doctor’s note is provided).
