THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Most recipes are therefore quick, easy & ideal for take-away.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

Plant-based recipes for everyday cooking! That's exactly what this app is all about. With over 600 easy and delicious plant-based recipes, and necessary tools, the Fivesec Health app makes plant-based cooking hassle-free.
Key features and benefits:
• Healthy plant based recipes – The catalog of recipes is currently over 600 but is constantly expanding with new recipes every week to keep you inspired with new meals.
• Meal planner – Plan your week in the meal planner tool to reduce stress during the week. Meal planning also increased the likelihood to eat healthy or stick to a diet.
• Meal plans – If you don't know where to start, try one of the pre made meal pans. These meal plans often come with an optional meal prep to make it less stressful during the week.

All recipes in this app are as whole food plant based as possible with minimal processed foods and 100% vegan, but still super tasty. You will find lots of dinner ideas, breakfast ideas, lunches, snacks, treats, festive and side dishes. If you have allergies you can easily filter for gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free and soy-free to find recipes that fit your preferences. We have also included filters on high protein, under 25 min, low calories and few ingredients.
This app is made by Alexandra Andersson, the healthy vegan YouTuber and social media profile (@fivesechealth). She has been eating like this for over 7 years and have studied plant based nutrition at eCornell University.
Fivesec Health Premium
With premium membership you get access to all planet based recipes, meal plans and all features in the app. We also add new recipes to the app every week to keep you inspired with new content. You can see it as a growing cookbook. Family sharing is available.
Subscription
Prices vary depending on the country. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
