The Yoobi App has been updated. When updating the App we put the user experience first and we also gave the app a complete visual makeover! My Yoobi The home screen of your App shows you your ‘My Yoobi’ environment. You can select what you would like to see. The standards are set on showing your open tasks. You can add more features to your home screen. Add time registration, birthdays, jubilees, finished tasks and scheduled hours. Time registration Via the App you directly register hours on projects and activities. It is possible to create new registrations or repeat existing registrations. You can easily change registrations when needed. To provide more ease of use we have added various speed keys. With this you can quickly increase or decrease worked hours. You can increase or decrease, for example, per 15,30 of 60 minutes. The speed keys are dependent on your personal environment, it might be different to the example we mention. It is also possible to manually register worked hours. Leave request Various types of leave can be requested via the App. Granting leave can also be done via the App. When navigating to the tab ‘Leave’ you see an overview of past and future leave requests. With only 1 click you can easily check your leave balance. Expense request File your expenses quick & easy with the App. Choose an expense category, payment method and add a project. You can also add the receipt directly from your phone or tablet. CRM With the Yoobi APP you bring your CRM-software with you. Easily look up contact information, check sales phases of outstanding sales, create notes about conversations with customers and check outstanding tasks. Planning The tab ‘Planning’ provides you with a clear overview of scheduled hours. You can also easily convert a planning item into a registration.
