They can correct or complete missing infotype records. Approval rules can be configured by HR departments. MSS - Manager Services: Managers can reach their team data from enywhere, anytime. They can approve workflows. You can select reports that can be used for managers from their mobile phones. PERF - Performance Management: Performance management allows you create top-to-bottom objective settings. Includes qualification catalog for review by employees, managers and top managers together. RECR - Recruitment: Create job postings from your positions from OM Organization Management module. Create QC Qualification Catalog and assign as requisition profiles.
