Everyone faces professional, academic, or personal challenges from time to time. Our secure and confidential app allows you to obtain the solutions and support that you need, at the time that you need them; including resources to help you manage your well-being with useful tips, support tools, helpful articles, assessments, motivational exercises, informative videos, benefit information, and TalkNow® to help connect you to care that is personalized, immediate, and confidential. Once downloaded, you will need to enter the password provided by your benefits representative to log-in.
