Optonome Is A Home Healthcare Marketplace allowing community members to access value-based care. The HIPAA compliant mobile application was first used to help manage home and community services for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities in licensed homes, apartments and community settings. In those settings, DSP’s supported waiver participants to achieve optimum autonomy without the extra burden staff turnover or housing expenses. With Optonome, participants can receive the enhanced direct support professional (DSP) services helping them achieve their goals as outlined in individual support plans(ISP) to live more independent lives.
