HEALTHFyle aggregates patient data across the entire care continuum by integrating with multiple EHR products. The product provides support for Medication alerts, set by Care Managers or Physicians, allows for Chat communications and supports a 360 view of Patient Health information. HEALTHFyle is a mobile app that allows Patients to share Vitals data collected in real-time with their Care Managers, Doctors and other Qualified Health Professionals as part of the Health and Wellbeing efforts administered by the Practice. Sync with Apple Health HEALTHFyle accesses your Health data. It also gathers data from wearable devices you’ve already synced with Apple Health. HealthKit HEALTHFyle uses Healthkit to export your activities into the Health app and to read and display your Health data.
