Download your Football Sessions - Player app to view your completed dynamic player assessments made by your coach using the Football Session - Coaches app. Ask your soccer coach to make a report for you if you don't have one yet. Within the app you can file and analyse the coach prepared reports. Outfield players and goalkeepers can use the reports to:- • monitor performance and targets • establish support systems focusing on the right areas • form home football training programmes; and • benchmark for realistic pathways for success. SELF ASSESSMENT You can also conduct a quick self assessment with a tool to rate yourself against age specific football benchmarks. The app offers you support to improve your football by being able to self-analyse your current level of performance.
